Terms and conditions of business for Recruiters and= Job Hunters

· The ACPA Recruitment Zone is wholly owned by= The Association of Certified Project Accountants, LLC.

· “Recruiter” means any person, company, organisation or firm which uses the Services of The ACPA Recruitme= nt Zone for the purposes of posting Job Adverts.

· “Job Hunter” means any person, company, organisation or firm which uses the Services of The ACPA Recruitme= nt Zone for the purposes of viewing or responding to Job Adverts

· RZ means The ACPA Recruitment Zone.

· “Services” means all ACPA Recruitment Zone products and services.

Service Commencement

The service will commence upon the successf= ul completion of the registration process.

Job adverts will be posted to the site imme= diately after successful posting by the Recruiter.

Cost to Advertise

Please refer to the tariff rates by selecti= ng the “Tariffs” link from within The ACPA Recruitment Zone Home Page.=

Any price increase will be notified on the = RZ Home Page at least 7 days prior to the new price implementation.=

A job posted on the ACPA Recruitment Zone w= ill remain valid for 28 days. If an extension of this period is required the Recruiter will have to post the job again as a new Job, even though the det= ails may be exactly the same.

All prices are net of any sales tax or other charges.

Payments

All Job Adverts will be paid for prior to posting.

Job Adverts costing $0.00 will automaticall= y be deemed to have been paid for.

Termination

The Recruiter or Job Hunter can terminate t= he service by simply sending notice of the required termination via email, via= the “Contact us link” on The ACPA Recruitment Zone Home Page.<= /o:p>

Any current Job Adverts will continue to ru= n to the end of their expiry. This is to ensure that any Job Hunters who have already applied for these jobs are protected.

The ACPA Recruitment Zone reserves the righ= t to terminate a Recruiters or Job Hunters account at any time subject to the discretion of the ACPA Chairman.

The ACPA Recruitment Zone reserves the righ= t to delete any Job Advert placed by a Recruiter at any time subject to the discretion = of the ACPA Chairman.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to the Recruiter in res= pect of any Service is limited to the total amount paid to us for that Job Adver= t.

Job Posting

All Recruiters agree that they must comply = with the relevant laws of their country, and those laws applicable to The ACPA Recruitment Zone.

Web Site Usage Policy

The Recruiter, Job Hunter and all other use= rs of The ACPA Recruitment Zone Web Site agree to abide by the Web Site Usage Pol= icy and Terms and Conditions of business as defined and amended from time to ti= me by The ACPA Recruitment Zone.

The policy aims to protect all those that m= ay wish to use the Web Site, and ensure that the experience of both Job Hunters and Recruiters is as pleasant as possible.

The ACPA Recruitment Zone reserve the right= to block any person or corporation from using the Web Site if found in breach = of this policy without any liability whatsoever to those users or others that = may be directly or indirectly involved or impacted.

The Current Policy is:=

· All Job Adverts must be reasonably worded without the use of profanity or any comments that maybe found to be offensi= ve if read by a reasonable person

· All Job Adverts must represent bona fide Jobs that exist and are being handled by the Recruiter or their agents at the ti= me of posting

· All Job Adverts must be of a reasonable leng= th to convey to the Job Hunter the purpose of the Job Advertised. Wordy Job Adverts degrade the readability of the Job Advert and generally diminish the chances of the Recruiter obtaining the best results from it. Short and snap= py works best

· All Job Adverts must be related to any of the following categories;

o = Project/Programme/Portfolio Accounting<= /o:p>

o = Project/Programme/Portfolio Management<= /o:p>

o = Project/Programme/Portfolio Support

o = Project/Programme/Portfolio Senior Appointme= nts

o = Corporate Directorships, CEO’s, CFO, a= nd similar jobs that may appeal to our Job Hunters

· Any Job Advert that is clearly not related to either Accountancy, Projects or Senior corporate appointments will be delet= ed by The ACPA Recruitment Zone without any recourse or liability to any perso= ns whatsoever

· Any damage caused by unsuitable Job Adverts = will be compensated for in full to The ACPA Recruitment Zone, without any except= ion or limitation, by the owner of the offending Job Advert.

· All Job Hunters agree to respond only to tho= se Job Adverts that they sincerely believe they are suited for.

· All Job Hunters agree that they are solely responsible for their CV’s that they upload to the Web Site, that tho= se CV’s are benign in both content and behaviour, and are less than 100k= b in total size.

· The ACPA Recruitment Zone reserves the right= to inspect, delete or block any CV that is deemed unsuitable. The account of owners of unsuitable CV’s will be removed without any liability to The ACPA Recruitment Zone whatsoever.

· Any damage caused by unsuitable CV’s w= ill be compensated for in full to The ACPA Recruitment Zone, without any except= ion or limitation, by the owner of the offending CV

Illegal Job Adverts

Job adverts which are deemed by The ACPA Recruitment Zone to be illegal or inappropriate will be deleted without any liability owing to the Recruiter, and no refunds will be made. In such circumstances The ACPA Recruitment Zone may notify the Recruiter of such action.

Job Adverts containing links to any person = or corporation which are deemed by The ACPA Recruitment Zone to be illegal or inappropriate will be deleted without any liability owing to the Recruiter,= and no refunds will be made. In such circumstances The ACPA Recruitment Zone may notify the Recruiter of such action.

Recruiters which are deemed by The ACPA Recruitment Zone to be illegal or inappropriate will be deleted without any liability owing to the Recruiter, and no refunds will be made. In such circumstances The ACPA Recruitment Zone may notify the Recruiter of such action.

The Recruiter agrees to accept all liabilit= y as a result of placing the Job Advert and agrees to fully indemnify The ACPA Recruitment Zone without limitation for any actions taken against The ACPA Recruitment Zone whatsoever.

Responses to advertise= ments

The Recruiter agrees to deal correctly and honourably with anyone that responds to a Job Advert posted by the Recruite= r, and make every effort to protect the good name and good standing of The ACPA Recruitment Zone.

The Recruiter will indemnify The ACPA Recru= itment Zone from and against any claim brought by any person, persons, or corporat= ion against The ACPA Recruitment Zone as a result of the Recruiter breaching any of the= se obligations or terms and conditions of business.

The liability of the Recruiter is not limit= ed.

The ACPA Recruitment Zone makes no guarante= es to the Recruiter whatsoever concerning the response to Job Adverts and suitabi= lity of Job Hunters.

The Recruiter agrees that the Recruiter tak= es full responsibility for the outcome of placing any Job Advert with The ACPA Recruitment Zone.

Equipment

The Recruiters and Job Hunters agree that T= he ACPA Recruitment Zone is not responsible for providing any equipment whatso= ever to the Recruiter, Job Hunters or any other person or corporation that may w= ish to use the Web Site.

Content and links

Links contained within Job Adverts are not allowed, and are considered a breach of this agreement.

Links contained within CV’s are not allowed, and are considered a breach of this agreement.

Any Job Adverts or CV’s containing li= nks may be deleted at the discretion of The ACPA Recruitment Zone, without any = refund or liability owing to the Recruiter or Job Hunter whatsoever.

The Recruiter agrees to indemnify The ACPA Recruitment Zone from and against any claims or liability arising from cont= ent or links contained in the Recruiters Job Adverts.

The Job Hunter agrees to indemnify The ACPA= Recruitment Zone from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links contained within the Job Hunters CV.

Job Hunter Information

All Recruiters agree to treat the informati= on submitted to them by the Job Hunter with the utmost respect and professionalism, and at all times comply with the relevant legislation governing such information

Copyright and ownership

All persons and corporations agree that cop= yright of all material contained or used in conjunction with the Web Site belongs exclusively to The ACPA Recruitment Zone.

Ownership and responsibility for the conten= t of Recruiter Job Adverts is retained by the Recruiter and The ACPA Recruitment Zone have= no liability for the content or impact of such material to anyone whatsoever.<= /p>

Ownership and responsibility for the conten= t of Job Hunter CV’s is retained by the Job Hunter and The ACPA Recruitment Zone have no liability for the content or impact of such material to anyone whatsoever.

Account Registration Details

All Recruiters and Job Hunter agree that th= ey will enter correct registration details and at all times maintain those det= ails as valid and accurate. Fictitious or seriously incorrect, or misleading information will be deemed as a breach of policy and the account maybe terminated without notice and without any liability arising whatsoever.

Passwords

Password ownership and the maintenance of passwords is the responsibility of the Recruiter or Job Hunter who register= ed the Account or their successor. Liability for the incorrect use and issue of passwords rests with the password owner.

Disclaimer

The ACPA Recruitment Zone does not give any warranty or guarantee whatsoever as to the performance of the Web Site. The ACPA Recruitment Zone makes every effort to maintain a quality service; how= ever the nature of the internet is such that no guarantees can be given and that= no liability therefore will arise

The ACPA Recruitment Zone does not give any warranty express or implied as to the quality and content of any of the material contained within the Web Site, including Job Adverts and CV’= s

All Recruiters agree to accept full responsibility for all Job Adverts they submit to The ACPA Recruitment Zone, and that those Job Adverts are lawful, right and proper. All errors, omissi= ons and inaccuracies in the Job Adverts are the exclusive responsibility of the Recruiter.

Privacy policy

The ACPA Recruitment Zone at all times ende= avours to maintain the privacy and security of any data handled.

All information provided to The ACPA Recrui= tment Zone is used in conjunction with the provision of services to both Recruite= rs and Job Hunters. It is the policy of The ACPA Recruitment Zone not to share this information with any third party unless under legal obligation to do s= o.

Cookies are not used by The ACPA Recruitmen= t Zone Web Site.

Security

The ACPA Recruitment Zone takes the securit= y of the Web Site very seriously, and the very best efforts are made to ensure t= hat the latest security technology is employed within the Web Site.
